Food just okay

The shower was loud and screeched. The breakfast buffet was absolutely horrendous! We couldn't eat it. The oatmeal was watery, the bacon tasted like plastic, the eggs were watery, and the sausage wasn't completely cooked. We basically paid 12.99 each to eat a carton of yogurt. They moved our room from near the pool (where we requested) to the 4th floor because they said they had a wedding and it was noisy. The room they put us in was across the hall from a bunch of kids who were left in the hallways carrying on. Overall the room wasn't horrible but the place definitely needs updating and quality control.

Nice atmosphere

During my two night stay had a toilet that ran all night the first night, a TV that doesn't provide any channels to watch for kids unless you pay and then the channels that are available are so fuzzy you cannot even watch! Complained to front desk had maintenance come fixed the toilet but not TV! Then came back to hotel after a long day and my room wasn't cleaned extremely tired had to drag kids downstairs to pool so I could have some one clean my room! Very disappointed!!!
