It was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. We were traveling with 2 small children and were apparently put on the party floor. Loud shouting, laughter, doors slamming,etc went on until 4 am. At 2am it was so bad that we contacted the front desk to have security take care of it. These idiots sent security to our door to knock and talk to us instead of just handling the problem. Now we have 2 crying kids we have to try to get back to sleep. Ruins holiday inn for me going forward. Just ridiculous.
