Heinz hall is a gorgeous theater and huge. We saw beauty and the beast which was amazing. The seating is just really tight, me and my boyfriend are both tall so it got a little bit uncomfortable.

Great service with lady at the ticket window and bartender. Saw an orchestra member in the lobby and they were very rude to the lady that did a great job of helping me.

I love this venue. Old world elegant decor and the staircase is beautiful. The acoustics are terrific. The seats are comfy and not crowded. One of my favorite venues.
