Holiday Inn

We were part of a school group and I did not have input as to where we were staying. We needed a place near the airport. This hotel charged over $200 a night. The band was SO LOUD and played until midnight that we could not sleep. We had to get up at 5:00am to catch a plane. Then the phone rang at 12:30am and the hotel clerk asked me if I was Miss Lisa. (She was the one who booked the rooms.) The hotel clerk didn't even know what room she was in! I found out later she called four rooms before she found Lisa. NOT what I expect paying that kind of money. Charged for breakfast too. Shuttle buses were so small it took 3 to get our small party to the airport. Very, very disappointed. Not staying there again. Period. ????????
