It's a wonderful hotel. Love the rooms with a real fridge & micro. Only complaint was my do not disturb sign was ignored by cleaning staff @ 10:30am. I was in shower @ planned to have my usual priority club late check out @ noon. The hotel was so empty they didn't do breakfast bar Friday. I left by 11am & ate elsewhere.

The hotel was nice view, pool, etc. but they were a hour late past check in, tub had to be fixed, some mold on ceiling, and trash and dishes left outside are room for two days it would stink, they would clean it after we complained 4 times, then new trash the day! It would start smelling into our room.

The night before my husband and I arrived we had called to make a reservation with a special request. Our request was that we could be put on the 3rd or 4th floor so that we could see the ocean, but what we instead was a first floor room and our view was a concrete wall with an electrical door. When we asked why our room for switched we were told that someone had our bid is on that room ( which I didn't even know we could be out bidded since we didn't bid on the room anyway) so my husband and I were very upset because that's the only reason we wanted to stay at that hotel was because of the view and the last time we were there it was great experience. My husband called customer service and they were rude and uninterested in helping us solve the issue, and we couldn't cancel or else we wouldn't get our money back. Horrible horrible experience, and we will be writing a bad review. Unacceptable!
