Great staff Nancy is wonderful to accommodate

Back building needs cleaned

The staff is wonderful Rooms are all remodeled and clean but the outside building is filthy and the carpets in the hallway smell like body odor But the staff like I said is great and the rooms are clean

Overall good. The British man at the front desk is very friendly and attentive.

The hotel was a little run down. It could definitely use an upgrade. The elevator was broken while there and it was a little annoying to keep having to run up and down the steps. Plus the surrounding hotels looked a lot better.
