Overall the experience was a good one. There were no issues with my food, but one of my friends had to send her burger back twice and the third one they brought to her was still wrong..... At that point we were ready to go and we just left and she took the wrong burger. The server we had, Erica, was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the menu and the products. But we were just disappointed that the food kept coming up wrong, and we know that it was not Erica's fault. W

Went to the hard rock for food and ice cream. Super fun atmosphere. Fun and accommodating employees. Good food.
