I never will visit again. I promise you that. If I do. It will be to use them for a drink and no tip. They say I haven't played in six months and six days. Points expire after six months. I have a house three miles away from Harrahs. I have been up to date for years. I had ten thousand points that they won't give back to me. I told them I will never come back again and give the other casinos my money then. I am very upset with them.
