The sheets, blankets, and towels all had stains on them. It was VERY disgusting! If we could've gotten our money back and gone somewhere else, we probably would've done that. The a/c didn't work very well at first but finally kicked in. The front office attendant did a GREAT job making the guests feel welcome and special. He tried to juggle the busy breakfast bar and the phone at the same time and did a great job. Without him, our stay wouldn't have been as good as it was.
