Hyatt Regency Milwaukee

Was fine but someone else received our room about an hour after I checked in. They walked right in. Everyone involved was embarrassed. We all went to the front desk and spoke of issue. We asked if we needed new keys and the front desk clerk said no, everything was fine. Later that evening after coming back from a nice dinner. We went to use our room key and it didn't work. Once again had to go to the front desk to get it resolved, very inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly here!

I wasn't very happy with my stay

Messed up quite a bit of room service orders. Bad smell in halls.
