Odd smell, but was close to the pool. Clean, cheap and convenient

Upon waking into the room it had a very bad smell. Even after using a lot of air freshener it did not vanish. The shower curtain smelled awful, it needed washing or just a plastic vinyl curtain, bed comforter had stains on it, carpet had a lot of stains, breakfast was very bad, yogurt tasted spoiled, waffle was too doughy and gritty even after cooking a second one
