Indoor pool could have been hotter seeing as it was advertised as a heated pool. The rooms were clean and we had a great stay!

I was a little disappointed in the lack of friendly staff at the front desk. They don't seem to enjoy their customer service job.

The staff is wonderful! However, I didn't get the room I booked (they're suppose to take some off the bill, haven't seen it yet though), the pull out sofa bed is broken, the ac was broken upon arrival (it was fixed with another unit at 10 at night), the WIFI is horrible and we don't have good reception, the dish ware is a joke only a service for 2 and there's 4 in our room. Ugh!

Nice custodial workers. Dining staff could be friendlier. Front desk ladies seemed frazzled and snippy. Male desk workers are friendly. Think about NOT selling NON for resell items If the price says one thing on the bag or package but staff just randomly gives a price. Hmmmmm
