Rooms are nice but not memorable. We had holes in the towels. Towels were not replaced that were used prior to turn down service. The room had 2 towels - should be 3/4 - should not be rationed. The elevator is a pain. It's not easy putting in your card every time you wAnt to go. It's not that dangerous around there. Is there something I should know before my next visit?
