The hotel is attractive and the breakfast tasted really good and was served by very kind people. However, our room wasn't entirely clean (something on the wall that looked like mold, and a six inch dirt streak on the bathroom door frame.) The most upsetting thing was booking a room for three adults through Hotwire and being told "Hotwire said you only booked a room for two and all we have is a king bed and pull out sofa." I have a copy of my reservation that clearly shows I indicated there were 3 adults. The third member of my family had to sleep on an exceedingly uncomfortable couch. And I HATE being lied to by your staff.

if it wasnt for shayla at the front desk or nathan in the event department. this would have been a loss
