I love the Hyatt Place hotel. We took our daughter to Universal Studios and enjoyed every minute. The rooms at very spacious and very clean. We will stay here again..

The staff was very friendly but the lobby and breakfast area was incredibly poorly designed especially for the volume of guests. Looks like you skrimped on space just to squeeze in a few more guest rooms. But people eating breakfast next to your checkin desk is a terrible first impression. The place was filthy and that's what your guests saw as they walked in. BAD design.

I was overcharged by 130 dollars and was told it was because I was late even though I called ahead of time to let them know my flight was delayed. Also my bill at check out showed 117 dollars and zero balance. It was refunded but told it would take a couple of days to go into my account. Not very useful when I am 16 hours away from home on vacation.
