Hyatt Place Lexington

Room needed dusting. I spent 4 nights there and carpet outside room had crumbed that wee never vacuumed up

There were screaming children during breakfast and the staff did nothing to alert the parents and let the kids disrupt the guests

Upon arrival, did not have a room like I had booked left as they were booked up they said. Although I had made reservations well in advance. I was then given a handicap room and the fridge was not working. They then provided me a fridge from "another room". How could that be?? I was told no other room was available to me. Frustrating
