There were a lot of people there but the grounds were still very easy to navigate and see the animals. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My family had a great time, we will be visiting again soon!

Great fun family events

There was good and bad. Good was that MOST of the staff was friendly, the animal habitats are wonderful, the extra summer hours are awesome, and there's s huge variety for food and even the kinds of animals. Bad was that the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and that they closed the stingray experience 15mins earlier than we were told (so Now we have to come back at a later time which is inconvenient since it's an 1.5 hour drive).

Crowded but fun

Brookfield zoo us close and convenient. Family pass makes it affordable, they need to step up their game in the animal department- no elephants or hippos for years. Small improvements were noticed and appreciated. Like the new lion drinking fountain and excited for children's zoo.
