We had free tickets so I took 3 kids. We didn't plan it but went during "Boo at the Zoo". The dolphin exhibit was closed. The birds and reptiles were closed. We waited for a talk about wolves but it never happened. Couldn't find zoo workers to find out why. Tried to buy bottled water but they only had1. It was only 2 pm. Wait for water was 15 minutes. Very difficult finding bathrooms. No program was handed out at the gate. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
