Should have a bug free indoor pool. Also needs extra towels, as we had 4 people and only 4 towels in the room. The one time we had room service they cleaned but did not change sheets. Room service comes way too early in the morning! The breakfast should be open longer for those guests traveling late at night and sleep in. The only pleasant person was the woman serving the breakfast. That was the most interaction that we had with the staff.

Went to a conference. Chairs were very uncomfortable, no water provided by hotel or cups, only one toilet for everyone to use. Did not get any assistance from hotel staff
