The clerk that checked us in on Tues, 11/25 was not pleasant, she seemed put out. later we asked her for an ice bucket. Instead of getting one, she made us wait for her to call housekeeping. We asked her to just check her supply room and she said that's not her job and the housekeeper needs to do her own job

The cleanliness was beneath the normal standards the I have come to expect from Holiday Inn.
