I did not like that they prebilled my card for incidentals ahead of time @ $50 per day of my stay and did not tell me ahead of time.

The girl working Starbucks was absolutely ridiculous. She refused to serve my daughter full caffeinated coffee because she felt she was too young for it. She tried to personalize all the drinks. She said she doesn't even know the recipes. She goes by if you like them sweet or not. Very annoying lady. Hotel was pretty nice. Beds are super comfy. Gym is nice. Concierge lunch was well enjoyed. We were in one of the bigger rooms and the air conditioning could not keep up. It was set at 65 but still had to ask for a fan because it was not cool at all. Staff seems to be very friendly. Then Saturday night in to Sunday morning we were woken up around 12:30-1 am because all the power went out. Definitely not fun walking all those stairs, standing outside with the drunks and then told nothing was wrong just a power outage. We went back to our room with no electricity. Started to get hot in the rooms but I think we had power within the hour. I think the worse part was being next to the stairwell and all the screaming and yelling of the crazies going to and from their room. Overall, the hotel is nice but had some much unexpected situations that made it very unforgettable.

Mistake made by staff on check in and as result was over charged for 2nd night. Disappointing and mystifying. Great concierge lounge however.
