The staff is always willing to help us with whatever it is we need. They recognize us as a good customer and treat us with respect. They even know our names and give us great service.

i pulled up at 500pm saturday the time this shop closes and the manager allowed me to make a payment on my pawn and pawn another item. she didn't rush me and i was apologetic because i know the doors closed at 5pm and their was no rush she got me in and out and gave me more money. i live in the apartments behind this shop and i love the staff. thanks guys -Robert G
