1. Pool advertised opening at 8a. It did not open until after 9 2. Staff wasn't friendly. Clearly one staff saw me struggling to carry my suitcases and did not offer to help. Another offered no apology about the pool. 3 there is no hot tub 4 very expensive for just a mediocre hotel
