Friendly Knowledgeable Staff Made Out Visit A Very Easy Experience To Choose Our Purchase After A Nightmare With Another Store

From the moment we walked through the door Natalie greeted us and straight away we discussed what we were looking for. She was friendly, had lots of knowledge about the type of beds we were looking for and we were able to look at the beds in store which made our choice very easy.

Steve & Rachel at the Hemel Hempstead store were just so very friendly, knowledgeable and made our whole visit a very welcoming experience and catered to our very needs. These 2 lovely people deserve a bonus for all the effort they put in to the store and making the visit a personalized one. Both my sister and I felt like we have made 2 very nice friends.

The whole team at Dreams, Hemel Hempstead were absolutely incredible. I was assisted personally by Natalie who was very knowledgeable of the product range and who made me feel very comfortable shopping for my first time bed. Natalie was exceptionally helpful from the moment we entered the store, she immediately made us feel safe and encouraged us to cleanse our hands and check-in in a friendly manner. Whilst checking in she enquired as to our needs and listened to our requirements before recommending the sleep match bed. It was an exceptional experience and her expert recommendations following the output gave us the comfort and direction to find the perfect mattress for us. Whilst checking out, she was friendly and discussed each option giving us the freedom to select our delivery dates all the while being cordial and friendly. Will 100% recommend to friends and family to get beds/ mattresses from here again.
