Very helpful service

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff that took the time to understand my needs from a mattress. Staff very patient whilst trying out several mattresses. Very covid secure and felt safe at all times.

Richard asked us what we were looking for and a price range we were happy with. He explained the products in detail. He was very friendly and informative.

We walked into the store feeling completely lost after visiting several other mattress stores. Luckily we were greeted by Natalie who completely understood our problem. With only us in mind, she used her knowledge to guide us from bed to bed. Thanks to her help we could finally confidently agree that we found the perfect mattress for us! We are very much looking forward to it being delivered, and all those perfect nights sleep that await us! Thank you very much Natalie!

The assistant was very knowledgable, and friendly. I wanted a mattress, and I was in and out of the store very quickly.

The shop assistant and Manager at Hemel Hempstead were extremely helpful and went over and above to help me.

We have down sized our home and had to adjust - my bed was one item to change - the knowledge and unbiased help from the staff was refreshing

Friendly knowledgeable staff we tried the sleep station first then we were told what sort of bed would be good for us. We chose a tempur mattress and was told we could have 2 free pillows that suited our needs and a mattress protector the lady that placed our order was called Natalie she was extremely helpful

We had been to the Portsmouth store to try and find out the best mattress for us. We did the bed analysis but at the end we were just told to go and try all of the beds and the sales person had no further interaction with us. Made the bed analysis seem useless and we left quickly after such a negative experience. We passed our local branch in Hemel Hempstead a few days later and though, maybe it was just a poor sales person. We went into the Hemel branch and things were so different. Rachel guided us through everything and gave us advice, explaining the mattresses the analysis had noted as the best fit for us. She stayed with us while we then tried each of the suggested mattresses. It really was a very positive experience. Rachel got the sale!!
