The staffs were very welcoming and nice. the staffs who attended to me was very patient, showed me around helped me to make a good choice. I went into dreams for window shopping but the hospitality of staff and good customer service encouraged me to purchase their products. The beds and mattresses are of very good quality and will always recommend them 100%

The assistant was superb in her knowledge, understanding and helpfulness. I trusted her judgement and advice and she was a lso friendly, a rare thing these days. A great experience.

From the moment we walked in the Shop (first visit to Hemel Hempstead} We were greeted by Steve and an hello from Rachel. Steve talked us through the Covid procedure Offered drinks ( we accepted Water).Then followed the rest of the visit providing an excellent service... nothing was too much trouble... we left after purchasing a bed and a delivery withing a week Outstanding... I have left this survey for 4 days so I can tell you how we are feeling.. The Bed purchased is comfortable and we have no problems at all.So happy with our purchase and cannot recommend Steve and Rachel highly enough.They were both kind and helpful and so patient with two members of the "Older" generation...

Rachel and her colleague were excellent. Great advice, everything explained really clearly. Couldn't have done more to ensure that I had an excellent customer experience.

Rachel went out of her way to explain the differences between mattress types and made choosing a mattress fun and simple.

The gentleman that served us was very helpful, friendly and professional. My daughter loved the Sleep March process. The Covid safe procedures were very good.

From the time we entered the store to leaving we felt very safe and looked after. The assistant who served us explained every step to us getting a new bed. we never felt pressured into choosing our new bed and pillows. One assistant even helped me with carrying my new pillows, Quilt and mattress cover to my car.

All the staff were efficient and very friendly. Their product knowledge was very good and they made my visit to the store very pleasant. Natalie showed me the options available I didn't try to push me one way or the other she allowed me to choose what I liked. I enjoyed the whole experience.
