Very happy with the assistant. Didn't quite know what I wanted and she was friendly, helpful and informative.

Rachel, was very friendly and knew all the responses to my queries, she was very patient when I was choosing my bed and mattress. She also offered me all the available offers so I could get the best value for my money. She is definitely an asset for Dreams

We visited the store in Hemel Hempstead thinking they wouldn't be able to see us due to other appointments. We were greeted in a friendly and professional manner which remained throughout our visit. We were impressed with the staff and products on offer and would definitely revisit for future purchases
