Call was dealt with efficiently; salesperson rang me back to avoid me staying on hold for too long; no problems during process.

-Very comprehensive analysis to help us find the best mattress that suited us -Helpful staff, able to provide good advice and were attentive but not too pushy -Explained clearly the available options for delivery and we were able to pay a deposit and change delivery date to fit in with our house move where the exact dates are not yet known -Final purchase was very good value -If after trying the mattress we are not satisfied we have the option to upgrade which helps relieve some of the pressure of whether this is the correct mattress for us (hopefully it is)

Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable. And had a good selection to choose from. Was very pleased overall.

Whilst visiting Dream yesterday, my partner and I, had our young Toddler with us. The staff at the store could not have been any more empathic to our toddler being difficult. They were extremely patient and understanding. It made the experience so much more enjoyable for us even though it was proving to be quite testing with our child. The service was fabulous. Natalie was fairly new but was Knowledgeable and confirmed all the information she supplied. She provided great customer service. Scott, the store manager, provided Natalie with the confidence to deal with us and reassuring to Natalie. It was a breath of fresh air. The environment was focused on our Health & Safety yet comfortable and welcoming. Great advice was provided and alternatives offered during the visit. Very pleased.
