I was welcomed from the time we walked in the shop. In Hemel Hempstead. Natalie was the assistant and she done amazing considering she had only been there a week. She has been taught very well

The customer service was fantastic, as soon as we walked in we were asked if we needed help and she was very polite and knew her stuff. Very happy with the service.

The 2 members of staff that served us durng our visit we're very friendly and approachable. They presented us with a range of options and price points suitable for our sleeping style and budget, in which we tried around 6 different mattresses before settling on one. We felt safe and looked after throughout our visit and enjoyed the experience.
