From start to finish the experience at Dreams was perfect. The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, the selection of products was excellent, the electronic scanning (can't remember the right term) was a great idea & definitely pointed me in the right direction in my selection & Richard even got me a bottle of water as it was a scorching hot day. The drivers arrived on time this morning and replaced the old mattress with the new one in a matter of minutes and couldn't have been more charming. Well done everyone at Dreams for providing excellent products and customer service:-)
