The team at Dreams got the service just right! They were able to provide help and took the time to understand our needs but gave us space to think about our purchase. We also took our children with us to the store and they made sure they were entertained (letting them sit on the beds and use the computer games on one of the TVs on the beds) so that we were able to browse. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

We were met on arrival and the process explained fully. Richard was so knowledgeable and always at hand. There was plenty of choice and we didn't feel rushed.
