The gentleman who greeted us at the door was fantastic and asked if we would prefer if he wore a mask. We said we were not bothered but really appreciated him asking. We all sanitised our hands and went upstairs to view the mattresses. We were able to try the mattresses as their was cleaner visible to clean the mattresses after we have tried them. The gentleman was very knowledgable in the products and could advise us from the information we had given him. Felt like he was being supportive but not pushy. Just a lovely man and also had a lovely female colleague with him. Fantastic friendly service all round! Very very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone else.
