The store was very clean and tidy and the staff member, Rachel, was very helpful and friendly.

We were offered a hot beverage as soon as we arrived in store. The service was fast and efficient but at the same time, time was not an issue. My family were trying beds and mattresses and were encouraged to do so. Overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience
