The reason we are highly satisfied because we were informed all the way along re the times of delivery. Jason and the othe gentleman (sorry can't remember his name) We did have a small problem with one of the base, as the casters were inside the base. No problem a telephone call the same day giving a date when a replacement base will be despatched. I might also add the lady I spoke to on the phone was also very helpful. All in all cannot fault the service.

Anthony was kind and polite from the moment we stepped in the store. The sleep machine was brilliant and showed us exactly what we needed. Anthony was attentive, polite, curtious and very good at his job, he had only been there 6 weeks! His knowledge was outstanding and if he didn't know he found out instantly.

It took 20 minutes to order a bed. Satisfaction!
