The shop manager was very knowledgeable & happy to help. She was not pushy, but directed us the bed and mattress that we wanted by suggested the right headboards, colours and storage unit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The products were on display and everything was explained and all our questions answered. The ordering process was quick and efficient.

We were really happy with the service received, particularly from Rachel (Hemel Hempstead Branch) We look forward to receiving the goods.
