Richard greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. He met my needs, was professional and very friendly and kind! There were a few technical issues with computer so it took a while for me to purchase the items. Callum helped Richard with the issues and assisted me with putting the mattress I ordered in my car. They both went above and beyond for me and I truly felt like a valued customer

Rachael at Hemel Hempstead branch was very professional and patience as I seemed to be having a ‘blonde ‘ day, took an expired credit card in to pay with, already placed ordered then I realised I wanted another price on a different bed and I found her knowledge very helpful.

I spoke to mr Jennings over the phone to enquire about a blow-up king size comfort bed. He told me there were 3 in stock and he was enthusiastic about the product. I asked him to reserve 1 and drove to Hemel Hempstead to collect it. The shop was attractive and welcoming. Another customer was there.
