The lady that helped us was very friendly and her knowledge is very good. She was very professional and made us feel at ease and made everything very clear to us. Very happy with the service we have received.

Rachel our assistant in store was very knowledgable and helpful. Without her help I’m sure we would of purchased an unsuitable mattress.

Very attentive staff (Josh) and extremely helpful Hoping the follow up is of the same standard including the delivery.

Callum and Josh were knowledgeable and guided me through the experience. it was my first time buying a bed/mattress with dreams and they made it effortless.

Customer service was great

We were seen by a gentleman called Callum and altho he explained he had only started a couple of wks ago which is why his product knowledge wasnt 100% up to speed he was very efficient, he tried his absolute best and what he wasnt sure of he asked his manager which we told him not to worry we really didn't mind at all and rather he did that so we got what we wanted. Him and the manager Josh delt with us very well and I was impressed by how quick I was able to get delivery. The coffee offered on arrival was also a nice touch. Well done team dreams at Hemel we will be back and have already recommend you.

I was able to gain further knowledge regarding products that enabled me to make a decision on which items to buy.

Very helpful answering all my questions helped me narrow down my choice of beds to find one that will suited my needs, spent time with me doing this which I appreciated. Came away very happy.

Rachael was an amazing sales person who I will coming back to see when I get the bed for the spare room and the motorised divan for my Tempur elite cloud super king which I bought the day before in Dreams Watford
