The assistant that helped me, Josh, was very friendly, attentive and helpful. He took the time to really understand my needs and helped me to make the right decisions with my purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure that I could get the product I wanted at the time that I needed it for. Exceptional service, thank you...I even got a cup of tea!

Rachel in Hemel took time to understand my needs and requirements. She discussed all the mattresses I'd looked at with me and talked about pros and cons of each one - for example needing deeper sheets for some mattresses. She also discussed prices and delivery lead times.
