Was approached by Richard we explained what were looking for and he gave us information regarding the mattresses available and recommended the type we should be looking at. We went around the store trying the recommended types. Came back after making our decision ran through the options on the base and headboard, placed the order. Richard was polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

First time spending money on a proper mattress and Dreams made me feel confident about my purchase and listened to my needs too.

Fran the sales assistance was extremely helpful in explaining where in the store we could find what we were looking for as well as explaining the different types on offer. He then gave us space and time to brous the store and try the various offers. He was the available to answer our queries in a friendly but professional manner.

The service was amazing. Both the sales assistants were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. They spent time with us and made us feel valued. They also presented extra products in a non pushy but interesting manner which actually meant we spent more money. They were excellent employees. You should be proud to have them as part of your team
