Tried to place order online but needed the items quicker than the earliest delivery date so rang my nearest store to purchase the items but the store was closing in 5 mins and unfortunately the card machine broke but the advisor was very apologetic and held the order for me and kept the promotion i wanted so i was a very happy customer

Richard, the person who served me, on the first time I went into the store supplied me with paperwork/prices sheets that I asked for and did not make me feel pressured. I loved the fact that booklets like these are on offer and that I could peruse this at my leasure. (5/5 for this, it proves you want my custom). I returned two days later and Was made a lovely cup of tea. (Welcoming). Taken to where the mattresses were ( I wanted to buy) talked through everything and he answered fully any questions. Then, left me alone to see different mattresses (didn’t feel under pressure because of hovering around me). He talked me through everything and the mattress has not been delivered yet so this side of dreams I don’t know. If it arrives ok tomorrow then I shall be more happy.

Went to the store in Hemel Hempstead and was greeted by Josh, a very pleasant and knowledgable chap. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us to the product we wanted. While we were browsing and trying out mattresses he offered us tea or coffee and guided us to what we wanted. Very good service and the ordering process was fast.

Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient without being "pushy" and therefore we were very satisfied with the service afforded.

Rachel was excellent and a credit to your company. She helped us understand all the mattresses available and was able to articulate well the differences of build.
