Rachel was the lady who took care of us. After an initial discussion with Rachel it was beginning to look as though Dreams would not be able to help us out. However Rachel took the time to properly listen to what we needed, coupled with her product knowlegde we were able to make a purchase. Thank you Rachel, we greatly appreciate your help.

The staff were very welcoming, allowed us time to browse and then offered assistance. It wasn’ a “heavy-sell” approach, it was a helpful, advisory role which provided the information we needed to make a decision which we did and felt confident enough to make a purchase.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop. I chose my item and was served with the utmost excellent service and offered a cup of Tea while I was looking round to make my choice. I now look forward to receiving my bought item.

Francesco took the time to ask us what our requirements were, and he then adjusted which products he showed us to fit those. We were made a hot drink, although I appreciate that staffing and customer levels would impact the ability to do this for all customers, it was a nice touch.

Superb customer service from Rachel who built great rapport with us and explained the product benefits clearly. She supported the new store manager (Josh) really well when I asked about discounts to close the deal.

Staff very approachable, friendly and knew what they were talking about. Bought my daughter a tv bed earlier in the year and the service is incredible from staff in the shop to the delivery men and how they assembled her bed with ease. I have only beer had dream beds.. and mattresses .. great quality .. I am a very satisfied customer so far. Waiting for my bed to be delivered so I’m expecting the same high level of service as before.

Richard at your Hemel Hempstead store was so knowledgeable about all the products available. How they were made/how you & what to look for when testing the mattresses. Quick, efficient services, all staff within the store were extremely friendly/helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them - even offered a drink. Made the whole shopping experience wonderful. Delivery times amazing and able to fit in around my working schedule. Certainly will be recommending all my family/friends to go to Dreams - To make all their Dreams come true when purchasing a bed/mattress.
