Excellent in-store service thank you

I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the products.

We were greeted when entering. The assistant listened to what we needed and offered useful options and advice. She took the time to let us try different options and offered further advice when we gave our feedback. She then wneent out of the way to process our old returning customer discount. Great service

fast, efficient, friendly , knowledgeable service - we came in to buy a bed 30 minutes before closing time - we were shown everything, given lots of advice and help and the transaction was done and dusted in half an hour. fab

The staff were very friendly and let me spend as much time as I wanted in the shop without any sales pressure. My delivery came within days and they kept me informed as to the times they would be at my house. So no waiting around all day.

The assistant who served us (Richard) was very friendly quite knowledgeable but did not pressurise us into buying. He let us try out the beds and left us to make up our own minds.

The customer assistant understood my needs and dealt with my order in a professional manner.
