We went in with a general idea of what we wanted, but no idea of what was available. The stock was clearly laid out, and Francesco waited patiently while we looked around, then assisted us in sorting out the options and making a decision.

The assistant Fran was very helpful. we were quite specific in what we were looking for and he spent time finding us the right options. he found us a great deal on a bed frame. He was knowleagable about the products and very helpful. so often these days, even in John Lewis, the staff are not interested and surly. Fran was cheerful and friendly.

Went in, spoke to a sales advisor, explained what we wanted and were shown appropriate products. There was no pushy sales and the staff were very helpful. We wrapped up the order from start to finish in 20 minutes... Perfect.

Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and offered valuable advice. She went out of her way to ensure we had a good experience, from offering water, use of the toilet and giving the children a colouring pack.
