John (store Manager) was super helpful, great salesman but very understated in his style which was lovely. Given a cup of tea! Talked through various options for mattresses with me which made my decision easier to make. Ended up buying a bed, mattress, pillows, duvet etc. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The products were quite expensive for what we were expecting to pay however the staff made the experience worth while.

The reason I was not highlighted satisfied is because the bedframe was out of stock and despite the teams members best efforts using multiple methods to obtain a timeframe for delivery they were unable to. I do understand that Covid has played a part in this.

I was satisfied with all that occurred, staff were friendly and helpful etc... I just think 'highly satisfied' is somewhere way up there... I wouldn't often use the expression when commenting on something! Maybe I'm too fussy, I don't know... but I haven't any complaints anyway!

To be highly satisfied is quite unique - I/we were very satisfied with the serve given and knowledge of your colleagues, but highly satisfied is a high bar to attain. In addition I have yet to receive my item - was everything your employee told me true is yet to be seen.

helpful friendly and relevant service. Not too pushy. good product knowledge and honesty. able to order, pay, fix delivery and take away mattress in one visit.

We were looking for a double bed. My wife wanted to purchase a silver coloured bed which was on display upstairs but was told it was on stop. Why display a bed if it cannot be bought?

Almost highly satisfied. Excellent service from staff (three - but it was a quiet time!).
