Nothing major, the dream machine didn't work....but it wasn't a problem really.

The bed was not available in this store, but was seen in anotyher of your store

Sales person was a little 'over bearing'

It takes 19 days to deliver mattress. I bought it 30th of January but it will be delivered on 18th of February, too long.

The range of mattresse options was very limited this may have been due to the size of the store (Hemel Hempstead) this lack of a wider choice was reflected in the price range and I ended up paying more than I had budgeted for. I’d it haven’t been for the store assistant (Fancessco I think his name was) I would have left.

The service I received was good but not exceptional.

Colour codes to understand the type of mattress was not consistent throughout the store. Upstairs the colour codes did not apply, the sales assistant had come up to check if I was okay and was able to assist.

It was a good experience but a little more expensive than i would of liked

I was quoted £85 to take the old bed and mattresses away .should be a set price for collection however much they need to take .
