I was served by Rachel and I managed to find and order the mattress I wanted in 10 minutes. My mother and I arrived and started looking and were instantly greeted and asked if we wanted to look or needed assistance, then gave a brief description of the range and the colour system, and explained that I could try them because they were cleaned after every use. When I had decided the order was completed extremely quickly and we were informed the size of the bed for sheets and other information I needed. Everyone was friendly and informative and the whole process was incredibly quick.

In store sales person was very helpful, professional and listened to what I wanted. Helped with choosing the right mattress to suit my needs. Excellent knowledge demonstrated. Felt safe in store with social distancing guidelines. Overall experience was exceptional.

On Wednesday 9th June we entered Dreams at St Catherine’s Retail Park not really sure what kind of mattress we were looking for. We knew we did not like memory foam, liked a hard mattress and that it had to be about 10” deep. However, we were approached by a smiling Vivienne who directed us towards a mattress machine, new technology eh, which after a 3 minute sleep gave us a list of recommendations. The recommendations by the computer ran to about 8 choices but we quickly whittled that down to 4. Vivienne had us try all 4 and then when we were still undecided had us try the two that by this point we had shortlisted as our favourites. Everything was done without any pressure and her cheery demeanour won us over. We would definitely go back for a new mattress, although hopefully not for another 8 years. Excellent service from excellent and knowledgeable staff.

Your Perth store manager spent a great deal of time listening to me and then explaining the considerable list of options you had to offer. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic . I had originally expected to walk away with just a quote but I was really taken with the experience , knowledge and professionalism on offer that I just decided to place my order there and then. I was also delighted to realise that the lead time for delivery to my house was just over a week. A really great customer experience for me and I am really looking forward to a great nights sleep when my new bed (specifically designed around me) arrives. Thank you

We were given a full explanation on the different mattresses available and we used the simulator which helped us decide the best one for us! The sales assistant Will was very helpful and had a wide range of knowledge and was very friendly.
