Friendly and informative member of staff.No high pressure salesmanship.Salesman knew products very well.

Was allowed to have a wee look before being jumped upon. Found the assistant very knowledgeable and very approachable. Nothing was too much for her and she wasn’t pushy which made you feel more comfortable

Grant was very polite spoken to me and listened to what I was looking for. He knows the products he sell and helped me pick one. He also made me aware of the mattress and bed cover and explained how it all works.

The young man was very helpfull without being pushy and letting me choose what I wanted.I was very pleased with his service.

The service I received from the staff at your Perth store was excellent, especially as I am a wheel-chair user and finding the right route around the wide range of products wasn't always obvious, which can't be helped in advance. Will offered me his whole attention and paired up a selection suitable for me at a good price. He was polite and as clear as we could be through the screen but patient enough to cope with any repeatition I had to ask for. He and his colleagues kept me right and ensured myself and my chaperones had a bottle of water to take with us as we left the store. It was gratefully received! I look forward to the delivery date of Wednesday 23rd June.

The member of staff called Rachel who was dealing with us.. was patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant with us from when we entered the shop until we left. A credit to the dreams team. Pass on our gratitude to her.
