Shopped in Dreams before that’s why was a returning customer

We were met by friendly salesman - Grant - who asked what we were looking for then talked us through various choices he then offered us the "bed" experience to help us decide. The mattresses we were shown were explained in detail as were the different qualities each had. After choosing our mattress we were surprised delivery was so speedy. Having had bought our current bed and mattress from Dreams I would have no hesitation in recommending the company which was what I did to a friend today!!

I gave the assistant my budget and requirements and he showed me the appropriate products. It was very relaxed and no pressure.

Could not have been treated any better. Offered iced water as it was a warm day. Assistant explained everything about weight etc

It's all about Will. Pleasant, smart, respectful & listened to what I asked questions about the purchase. Gave me space & time to think about the purchase. An excellent sales operative.

There was no problem I knew what I was looking for and with the help of the assistant got the items forthwith

We were very pleased with all aspects of our shop with you. Rachel was extremely helpful ,knowledgeable and patient while we made up our minds. Delivery date is agreeably soon and we look forward to getting our new mattress.

The staff were amazing! The man who helped us was so lovely and helpful, it was his first day on the job and he was just fab! We weren't rushed to purchase and he was very informative. 10/10 for customer service! The mattress it's self hasn't arrived yet so I can not yet comment on that.

The member of staff Rachel, who took care of us was extremely helpful and friendly. On our second visit to the shop to place our order she was the only member of staff available and pregnant and was busy with a customer whom appeared quite demanding but she managed to take the time to say hello and answered some questions. Unfortunately as she was on her own she was unable to deal with our order as the other customer took up her time and it was nearly closing time we left and returned the next day. Rachel was very apologetic for not managing to see to our order the day before and looked after us extremely well.

Excellent welcome & sanitising station clearly visible.I thought the complimentary,(glass) bottled water was a great idea. The two ladies were attentive to our preferences & gave good advice in a pleasant manner.Our delivery was also excellent
