Greeted at the door - Rachel was very polite - Friendly and cheerful - not pushey. she had a good knowledge of the mattress we were looking for and we had test to find out what would be the best mattress for us.

The sales assistant (Rachel, from the Perth store) was very polite and helpful and most importantly, she understood to keep her distance from us as we browsed (as we requested), yet remained available for when we needed her. She had very good product knowledge and used this well to describe the benefits of certain products. She encouraged us to use the 'mattress selector machine' which turned out to be very worthwhile and we had purchased a £2k+ mattress in our first shop in less than 30 minutes - which saved me getting dragged around other shops by my partner for the rest of the day. Rachel also encouraged us to buy pillows to match the memory foam mattress and upsold a mattress protector at the counter too. She also offered us a bottle of water on departure. As a business owner, I would gladly hire Rachel for my own sales team.
