From the minute we walked in the sales assistant (Rachel) was very helpful and informative. She explained the health and safety guidelines before showing us the full range of products in store. She had an excellent knowledge of all of the beds we looked at and her bubbly personality was a factor in the purchase as well as explaining all the finance options.
